Inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@elenitsas.com so we can resolve the issue.
Extra virgin olive oil: Non-returnable for food safety reasons.
Sale items & gift cards: Final sale; non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us at info@elenitsas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will evaluate and, if approved, either send a refund or replacement.
We’ll cover return shipping for faulty items.
Under EU regulations, consumers generally have a 14‑day “cooling-off” right for remote orders, but this does not apply to perishable goods including food and drink. Food products are exempt and non-returnable unless defective.
Note: Edible products are not returnable.
