🛢️ Elenitsa’s Return Policy

Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on our extra virgin olive oil.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@elenitsas.com so we can resolve the issue.

✅ Eligibility & Non‑Returnable Items

  • Extra virgin olive oil: Non-returnable for food safety reasons.

  • Sale items & gift cards: Final sale; non-returnable.

🔧 Defective or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us at info@elenitsas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will evaluate and, if approved, either send a refund or replacement.

  • We’ll cover return shipping for faulty items.

🌍 EU Customers & Cooling-off Rights

Under EU regulations, consumers generally have a 14‑day “cooling-off” right for remote orders, but this does not apply to perishable goods including food and drink.  Food products are exempt and non-returnable unless defective.

Note: Edible products are not returnable.

  • Eligible for return only if damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Follow Amazon’s process: same-day return label issuance, inspection, and refund.

  • If returns include non-fordable items or are sent incorrectly, Amazon may adjust the refund.
