This shipping & Delivery Policy, is part of our Terms of Service (Terms), and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Service (Terms).

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?


We have various shipping options which will automatically generate while placing your order. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and won’t be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00.

All times, and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK customers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times, reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

While we are a US -based company, we do ship international all over the world by e-mail request. Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Customers -or recipients- are responsible for paying any import duties, customs, additional taxes, or fees, as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when or for how much these fees are charged, (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, customs, etc..

Please know, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions and relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject, traditional taxes, and two of which we have no control. If such cases apply, you’re responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional cost or taxes.


Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?

Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Shipments to a PO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If deliveries are delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Damaged Or Faulty Product

If any product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, and accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing at info@elenitsas.com giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in the section affects your legal rights.
